Message The 350Z is FAR different from the concepts discussed. If you saw and studied the original concepts and ideas surrounding it, you might appreciate the 350Z a little more. It was almost a 4 cylinder non hatchback. It might as well have had 4 doors and 174hp. Some of that change came from a mailer we did to Nissan about what we (tt.NET members) expected of a new Z. Also there was input from myself and other members here in Dallas who have made multiple trips to Japan to meet with Nissan/NISMO execs, designers, engineers, etc and ask and answer questions. My favorite of which is still 'Turbo or Supercharger?'. Somewhere in NEWS from like 1999 you can find notes on the mailing campaign and the results (an e-mail from Jason Vines @ NNA). Just thought you should know, they did pay attention here beforehand (they all had my business card for tt.NET, and I know they looked).
